Makayla Brandt began at the City in 2022. Makayla is a member of the Michigan Municipal Treasurer’s Association. Makayla’s job at the City consists of utility billing, processing tax and water payments and is deputized to assist the City Clerk and the City Manager in many various clerical tasks.

Makayla lives in Newaygo County with her husband and their two children. Makayla enjoys anything outdoors – Hunting whitetails, fishing, her hobby farm, and Silver Lake Sand Dunes.
